Ingénieur Citrix H/F
Our client, an important Data Center in Luxembourg, is looking for a Senior Citrix Engineer to strengthen his Wintel Citrix Team.
Within a global presence and more than 70 000 employees around the globe, the Luxembourg team with about 120 IT people, is managing the infrastructure of institutional clients, banks and insurance.
Your main missions :
- Provide 3rd line support on complex problems escalated from Level 2 support on Citrix
- Citrix administration, migration and installation
- Daily monitoring of Windows and Citrix servers for performance, security alerts
- Day-to-day infrastructure operations
What you need to succeed :
- Master Degree in Informatics
- At least a 5 proven working experience in the function
- Expertize of Windows 2008 and 2012
- Mastery of Active directory, GPOs and PowerShell
- Knowledge of Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop and Netscaler
- Familiar with ITIL
- Rigorous, autonomous and spirit of initiative
- English/ French speaker
