Finance Manager- English speaker
Our client is one of the biggest real estate company in Europe.
To support his growth in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Finance Manager English speaker with an expertise in IFRS.
You monitor day to day matters of the Special Purpose Vehicles investing in Logistic assets manage financial information
You are in charge of Financial Accounting and Reporting by reviewing / preparing of Luxembourg GAAP financial statements; co-ordinating the audit process; supervising all the process of preparation of consolidated financial; dealing with Intercompany reconciliations and regular intercompany.
You are able to prepare Investor and cash flow Reporting under IFRS; keep an eye on cash management requirements.
You are a support for the asset management and sales team by helping acquisitions team with financial needed information; preparing and monitoring of operating budgets for investments as well as liquidity and cash management.
You work closely with tax advisors (VAT and CIT tax declaration review) and legal advisors (ensure legal and statutory compliance)
Responsible for many other project, you are the liaison with 3rd party administrators and finance teams across Europe.
You are fluent in English with an expertise in IFRS gained in your previous experiences.
