Administrative assistant M/F English/Spanish/French

Our client, a prestigious Bank is looking for an administrative assistant speaking Spanish, English and French, the contract is a 5 months mission, extendable

The candidate handles the administrative coordination of the whole lending and TA review and approval processes (monitoring of deadlines, organization of meetings, appointments and business trips for the loan and TA officers and of the Heads of Division and Unit)
He supports the preparation of the briefing material for meetings and business trips
He assists the loan and TA officers during the Loan/grant approval process and, as appropriate, in the follow up of projects (in close coordination with the other Directorates participating in the process)
He finalizes, distributes and files documents and reports prepared by loan and TA officers
He supports the team in interaction with external offices, other institutions, country administrations and clients.
He assists loan and TA officers in updating and organizing contacts, arranging meetings, inviting participants and follow-up activities

The candidate has a secondary level education, complemented with a 2-year certification in a relevant field (e.g. secretarial studies, business administration) or secondary level education with equally qualified experience in a relevant field
The candidate has at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in providing administrative support
He has an excellent knowledge of standard MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
He has an excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and Spanish. Good command of French and/or Portuguese would be considered as a strong advantage.
