Administrative Assistant M/f
Our client, an important Bank is looking for an administrative assistant for a 6 months contract
The candidate manages telephone coverage, mail/document distribution, diary scheduling and all other logistical requirements. He assists in the preparation and finalization of reports, documents, graphs and presentations. He controls all outgoing documents in term of language, grammar and content. He acts a the point of contact.
The candidates has previous experience as an administrative assistant, he speaks English and French fluently. He is proficient with Microsoft Office, he is reliable, motivated and has good communication and organizational skills.
