Area sales manager - belgium flanders and netherlands M/F

Our client is an international industrial company with its headquarter in Luxembourg. The company offers a large range of high quality products all over the world.
We are seeking to further expand our Sales Team an : Area Area Sales Manager Belgium Flanders and Netherlands

Your main responsibilities:
- Developing and extending the existing customers portfolio
- Selling the full range of products in all market segments integrating a real industrial and lobby approach
- Ensuring the development of strategic accounts
- Being able to uncover, built and justify customer needs
- Preparing quotes, working closely with the engineering department
- Handle all the commercial tasks for the area in cooperation with the Regional Manager and the various Plant Managers (business plan, budget, reporting...)
- Sales agents organization

You have a proven track record in B2B sales within a manufacturing group with an minimum 4-6 years in technical sales.
You are able to identify opportunities, develop leads, close deals.
You are known to be flexible with high reactivity and an excellent communicator.
You are able to work on own initiative, you are driven to succeed and highly self-motivated while working within a European sales team.

Package : Company car, laptop, cell-phone, expenses, attractive salary with bonus.
Home office based.
