Automation Software Test Engineer

Hays Technology is looking for an Automation Software Tester for his client, active in the banking field.
Main responsabilitoes:
· Setup automation tests frameworks on new/existing products with development teams.
· Audit and challenge current architectures for automation tests on different products
· Analyze and improve representativity of test data in development environments as well as the lifecycle of test data.
· Coach developers towards best practices in automation testing: Performance testing, Stress testing, Regression testing.
· Work closely with our DEVOPS engineers in order to improve integration of automation tests into test containers.
Profile requirements:
• Degree in software engineering coupled with relevant professional experience.
• Confirmed core skills as a test engineer in one of the following testing frameworks: Cucumber, Jenkins, Selenium, Protractor, Jasmine, Jest, Cypress, …
• Good understanding on core Java and the Java-based technology stack in general.
• Exposure to the following resources is a plus: Docker, Kubernetes, AngularJS, Javascript, SonarQube, Kibana, Bamboo, Gatling, …
• An agile mind-set
• Proven ability to deliver against deadlines
• True team player as teamwork is at the heart of everything we do
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal. French is a strong plus. #1308196
