Back Office Client Services M/F

We are recruiting a Back Office Client Services for our client, to join their office in Luxembourg.


In this role you will be in charge of : support the delivery of the day to day activities to institutional clients, take appropriate corrective actions and issue reporting requirements, in line with defined service levels, Process accurately client’s fund request instructions, Manage with the rest of the team the asset migrations, Perform daily operations control, Ensure follow-up with clients on new fund requests, Initiate & participate on the implement of changes to processes that generate workflow efficiencies and productivity gains.


To be successful in this role you will have a University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Law or equivalent with a previous experience of minimum 2 years in Luxembourg, ideally as Transfer Agent. You have a good understanding of Investment Funds environment, Knowledge of Dealing Services (including share transfer flows), Reconciliation and Cash processes. You are fluent in English and French. You have a Client focused attitude with high attention to the delivery of service quality.
