Billing Assistant M/F

Our client, a famous law firm based in Luxembourg city, is looking for a Billing Assistant, to reinforce his Billing team.

The principal responsibilities of this role is to manage the firm's billing and revenue function and to ensure that the financial goals are successfully achieved.
The candidate will work closely with partners and lawyer in order to prepare bills and ensure the reliability of the information with the finance department (applicable financial agreements).
He/she will also act as a contact person for all requests regarding invoicing process, clients and internal departments. He/She will manage deadlines and answer calls and email enquiries.

The successful candidate has a degree in managerial assistance or in accounting, and has at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in an international environment (Big4 or law firm are an asset). Totally fluent in both French and English, the candidate has a high level of discourse (written and spoken) to manage excellent relationship with partners and clients. The candidate has to be service-oriented, team player, and has excellent organizational and problem solving skills. #1287552
