Executive assistant English-German M/W

Come reinforce the administrative team of our client
Our client is looking for an experienced executive assistant.

As part of team, the candidate is responsible for the support of the CEO.
The candidate is in charge of management of the agenda, emails, calls, travel arrangements and other logistics of the CEO.
He is interacting with the different entities on a global basis to arrange meetings and conference calls with the key operations colleagues.
He is preparing the presentations.
He is supporting on weekly and monthly reporting.

The candidate has minimum 4 years of experience as an executive assistant.
He is used to support a board member.
He is fluent in English and German.
He is proficient in MS-office.
He is flexible, organized and used to work under pressure. #1302539
