Our client an International leading retail firm specialized in Luxury is currently looking for their Future Group Audit Manager to join their Holding structure in Luxembourg.
In this job creation you will be responsible of a perimeter of companies based in Luxembourg, Italy, France and UK (over 30 entities). You will report directly to the CEO and the Auditor Director of the group.
In this challenging function you will have a key role, first you will have to build the function from scratch. In this role you will analyzes and troubleshoots processes throughout the company to improve effectiveness and maximize impact of the process on company success. You will performs financial analysis on key projects and business strategies and reports results to the executive team to enable informed business decisions for the growth of the company. One of your main objective would be to homogenize the audit processes for all the entities. You will provide reporting and presentation of the audit report and results, perform various administrative tasks to support an internal department. This position will require minimum travel.
In order to success in this challenging function, the ideal candidate is graduated with a Master Degree in audit or finance. He will have a minimum of 10 years of working experience in an international audit firm and direct operating experience in corporate audit, preferably in luxury industry. He has good knowledge of IFRS and speaks fluently English with an intermediate level in French and Italian.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and a structured way of working. An ability to handle competing priorities and meet all deadlines and commitments. He has excellent verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning). He has an ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.
