Our client, a well established chartered account company in Luxembourg, is currently looking for their new Head of Legal to lead their Legal Team in Luxembourg. If you have ever dream about creating your own team without taking too much risks, you should carefully read what follows
In this role you will report directly to the Managing Partner of the Chartered Accountant Firm. You will have to deal with all the Legal and Corporate matters. In details, you will be in charge of: Taking part to the enhancement of the legal knowledge of the team, Drafting and reviewing contracts, corporate documents and agreements, Managing all legal actions, Providing advice to the Company on all ongoing legislative and regulatory changes relevant to its business and Liaising with third parties. You will also participate in board meetings and act as a Client Entity Manager.
This position addresses tight deadlines and client relationship. You will have contact at all levels within the company which requires strong interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal.
In order to succeed in this role you own a Master Degree in Law. You have minimum 7 years of experience in Corporate law ideally gained in a service provider or Law Firm. You speak fluently English and French. You are capable to build up the technical and know how aspects of the Corporate and Legal matters. You have solid project management skills and you are capable to communicate complex corporate and legal concepts. You are an entrepreneur who will be taking on an exciting and potentially very rewarding challenge in a leadership role featuring immediate responsibility and a platform to make your mark.
