HR Administrative Assistant (m/f)

We are urgently looking for an HR administrative assistant to our international client, a financial institution based in Luxembourg. This position is available immediately on a temporary assignment contract.

The candidate works closely with the existing team within the Human Resources department and support them in the day-to-day tasks, mainly related to staffing administration.
He is in charge of the preparation of all documents linked to the employee life-cycle (leaves, contract, sickness etc.)
He is responsible for the input and maintenance of employee data in the system.
He coordinates the learning activities.
He assists in the on boarding of new employee.
He supports the team in collecting information for payroll, and for the invoicing.
He communicates and works effectively with internal and external contacts.

The candidate have a university diploma in Human Resources.
He is fluent in French and English.
He has at least 1 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources in Luxembourg.
The candidate is highly organised with a strong time management, and able to manage high volume of work. #1308097
