HR Director M/F

Our client a leading service company based in Luxembourg city is currently looking for their HR Director M/F.

In this challenging function you will report directly to the CEO of the group and act as business partner for the local management and lead a team of 8 employees. You main responsibilities will consist in leading the alignment of the HR strategy and its implementation with corporate strategy, defining and standardizing HR processes, developing innovative tools for HR talent acquisition, development and retention and working on the development company’s culture.

In order to succeed in this role the ideal candidate own a Master Degree ideally in Human Resources. He has a strong experiences of minimum 8 years in a senior HR management positions, ideally in an innovation and knowledge-intensive environment.

He has very good knowledge of employment law, HR administrative best practices and an experience in labour relations management. He speaks fluently English and French, Luxembourgish and/or German will be considered an asset.

We looking for a hands-on, pragmatic and collaborative attitude person, as well as capabilities in creative problem-solving and a strongly client-oriented attitude.
