Junior Accountant PE/RE
Our client is one of the biggest real estate company in Europe.
To support his growth in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Junior Accountant with at least 1 year's experience within real estate accounting or consolidation.
You are in charge of Financial Accounting by preparing day to day accounting for various companies (incoming & outcoming invoices, accrual and provisions); reviewing accruals and provisions; monthly & intercompany reconciliation; maintaining amortisation / depreciation schedules/ interest calculation etc.
You are able to assist on reporting, audit, consolidation process by reviewing annual accounts in liaise with external counterparty.
You are comfortable with preparing VAT returns; monthly management report and cash flows; filing and following up property managers’ information.
You are fluent in French and English with a degree in accounting (ACCA or similar).
Team oriented, your organization skills have proven their efficiency as well as your use of MS Office and accounting software for example BOB.
