Our client, a prestigious law firm is looking for a recruiter to join them and grow with them. It is a permanent position.
The candidate is managing the overall recruitment process, from writing advertisements, managing applications, approaching candidates, keeping track of applications, giving feedback to candidates, etc; He is participating in the development of our events, and actively contributing to our representation in the various forums, job fairs and trade shows (France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg); He is raising the interest of candidates while promoting our firm’s values and choosing the relevant communication channels in particular via social networks ; He is choosing the appropriate selection process while striving for highest level of excellence and efficiency; He is updating our recruitment and on boarding database while ensuring regular reporting.
The candidate has a Bachelor or Master’s degree in a related field, and have some initial experience in a recruitment role; He has excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills; He is organized and able to adapt to a fast paced and demanding environment; He is fluent in English and French. German language skills are a strong asset; He is familiar with recruitment platforms, social networks and are IT/digital literate; He is an enthusiastic and proactive team player.
