Legal administrative assistant M/W

Our client is looking for a legal administrative assistant for a two months contract.

The candidate assists in the accurate preparation of original legal documents and in the finalisation, signing and administration of contractual documentation.
He ensure the follow-up of all procedures of legal documents.
He is in charge of all secretarial duties, including phone coverage, mail and document control and distribution, filing , organisation of meetings, managing calendars and business trips and follow-up of expense-reports.

The candidate has at least 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant in a law firm or in a corporate legal function.
He has good knowledge in MS office.
He is proficient in English. All other European language would be an advantage.
