Our client, a financial company based in Luxembourg is looking for an Office Manager Facilities to support daily operation of the Luxembourg site, as well as other Office Services functions throughout Europe.

The candidate provides in a high level support the reception services, visitor coordination, catering services, mails, supply stocks and meeting activity.
He manages the completion of vendor services (cleaning & equipment maintenance).
He develops knowledge in facilities, safety, security, ergonomics, food service, technical support, etc.
He provides support to other Office Services associates.
He builds and maintains key business relationships and acting as the primary contact for internal and/or external customers, business units, colleagues and visitors.
He manages and resolves proactively business issues.

The candidate coordinates work among external third parties as well as internal contacts.
He identifies issues and recommends solutions, resolves complex matters.
He has an excellent written and oral communication skills.
He develops strong relationships with external and internal contact.
He provides a high service orientation.
He has very good command of Microsoft Office.
He is fluent in both French and English, other language is an asset. #1300043
