The operational requirements for the operation of a digital fund platform continue to increase. And our client is looking for an Operational Analyst for their Team “Client Data Management”. The candidate supports the platform team in processing the individual enquiries of clients as well as internal areas. In doing so, the candidate observes the bank`s internal guidelines and requirements as well as the internal processes of the fund platform. Ideally, the candidate has already gained experience in project work and can actively participate in projects to improve services and implement regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate has a commercial education or similar. He has an experience in the fund industry and has experience in digital customer support. He can work in a virtual team and can has regular exchange with internal and external customers. He has interest in the diverse fund business of a modern digital investment platform. He has a high IT affinity (and he is experienced in the use of MS office). He has distinct communicative skills. He is fluent in German and English. He enjoys working in a team and can inspire others with ideas. He stays focused even under pressure.
