Our client, an European Institution, is looking for an Operational Assistant who speaks English fluently and who has a good command of French. This is a temporary contract and a full-time position.
The candidate takes care of the Payment processing from initiation of the purchase order to the invoice payment (PeopleSoft financials). He manages staff movements monitoring and supports on the access management (desk, IT equipment, specific accesses required for the job etc). The candidate follows-up recruitment and selection process for staff (external and internal) and non-staff (interims, trainees, summer students). He takes care of the probation follow-up of due dates. The candidate takes care of the performance follow up of due dates. He acts as a point of contact for HR related questions. The candidate ensures data quality, enable easy access and retrieval of data/records. He acts as back-up to other team members where necessary.
The candidate has a secondary level education, complemented with a 2-year certification in a relevant field (e.g. secretarial studies, business administration) or secondary level education with equally qualified experience in a relevant field. He has at least 3 years of relevant professional experience related to this job. The candidate has excellent knowledge of standard MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). He has excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and a good command of French. Knowledge of other European languages would be an advantage. #1299241
