Our client, a law firm that arrived in Luxembourg this year is looking for a personal assistant starting ASAP

The PA works in support of the Partners and Associates in the Luxembourg office as follow: She is in charge of diary Management, answers the phone and takes messages, document preparation, coordinates signatures, books travel and general administrative tasks as more particularly described below.
She attends to a number of administrative functions, including file opening, preparation of engagement letters, assisting with KYC compliance and coordinating with clients, and generally maintaining client records.
She prepares, reviews and formats of Word Documents in English and French
She produces Power Point Presentations, Visio diagrams and Excel spreadsheets
She is in charge of telephone answering, arranging meetings and conference calls, faxing.
She is also sorting, distributing and sending out mail and receiving couriers, as well as booking meeting rooms and taxis, arranging client events, such as dinners, lunches, events.

The candidate must have proven work experience in administration/office management in a law office would be an advantage, the candidate is proficient with Microsoft Office suite. Having an average typing speed of 50-55WPM would be an advantage, the candidate is fluent in English and French, he is proactive, enthusiastic and conscientious
