Hays technology is actually searching for one of his biggest client a Project Management Officer (PMO).

For this job you will have to :

• Consolidation of the status of different sub streams for the weekly meeting
• Preparation of the management slides for all different boards
• Frequently monitoring of project deliverables
• Managing dependencies out of different streams
• Ad hoc support for different project members on any project related questions
• Build strong relationships with project members and subject matter experts
• Maintaining the meeting plan for the stakeholder updates
• Organisation and preparation of off sites – preparing and collecting documents
• Collect and communicate EuroHub internal dependencies and/or conflicts based on input from team heads or issues logs
• Monthly controlling and reporting update
• Meeting Preparation & Follow Up activities, documentation
• Dependency Management

You are the best candidate for this job if you have :

• BSc/BA diploma in Banking, Economics or any other related field
• At least 2 years experiences in PMO tasks preferred
• General Private Banking expertise preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• General knowledge of project management tools (e.g. WBS, status reporting, progress tracking, budget/actual management, risk assessment etc.)
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Very good English (written and spoken) is a must, any additional language will be considered as an asset
