Join a major banking company in Luxembourg as Project Management Officer (PM/PMO)

Mission :

Reporting to the Finance and Procurement Department, the Project Management Officer (PM/PMO) is responsible for setting up Market Data Framework including:

• Implement and maintain an efficient project management framework and its associated governance
• Schedule and moderate steering committees, ad-hoc meetings and workshops
• Prepare presentations and other supporting materials
• Draft and distribute meetings minutes

• Set-up and manage relevant templates and procedures for the project and maintenance activities, including reporting templates
• Maintain the project library and roadmap

• Prepare reporting for Management and any other governance forums
• Ensure smooth communication with the stakeholders

• Gather risks and issues in a dedicated log

Experience required / expected :

• Bachelor Degree in Technology, Finance, Economics or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar job
• Broad understanding of the Private Banking and Finance industry
• Broad understanding of standards, methodologies and technology necessary to support banking operations.
• Proven expertise and established track record in Project Management Officer role or similar function
• Excellent PC skills, Advanced Excel (pivot table), Power Point
• Proficient in building relationships, strong interpersonal
• Excellent written and oral French and English skills are essential, any other language is an advantage #1306238
