Our client is an international industrial company, the headquarter is located in Luxembourg.

To further expand their Sales Team, we are seeking a: Sales Customer Support for Belgium and The Netherlands
As Sales Customer Support, you will support the customers and the sales team.
You maintain the relationship with customers with high level of communication. You tackle technical issues in partnership with machines manufacturers and internally with Sales team, R&D and Quality.
You maintain a high knowledge on the customers manufacturing process and machines. You find solutions to adapt the products to customers technical constraints. You implement if necessary and follow up their production changes. You provide support to the local sales team and R&D department. You will take an active part of new products launching. You can also take part of the plant quality improvement.
You hold a degree in Mechanics. You have a proven experience in a similar position. Any experience in bottling or plastic injection industry will be a plus. You are known for your commercial skills and sales speech.
Thanks to your technical qualifications, you understand customers issues and are able to find pragmatic solutions. You are known for your customer oriented attitude and your qualitative approach.
You speak fluently Dutch and English.
You are willing to travel in Belgium and The Netherlands.
