Senior Accountant PE/RE
Our client is one of the biggest real estate company in Europe.
To support his growth in Luxembourg, we are looking for an Accountant with at least 4 years’ experience within real estate accounting or in consolidation.
You are in charge of Financial Accounting by assisting in preparation of quarterly reporting in IFRS and financial statements; preparing day to day accounting for various companies (incoming & outcoming invoices, accrual and provisions); reviewing accruals and provisions; monthly & intercompany reconciliation etc.
You are able to assist on reporting, audit, consolidation process by reviewing annual accounts in liaise with external counterparty.
You are comfortable with reviewing VAT and CIT tax declaration; preparing monthly management report and cash flows; filing and following up property managers’ information; supervising and training (as required) of the accountancy team.
You have a proven experience of at least 4 years in a similar position.
You are fluent in French and English with a degree in accounting (ACCA or similar).
Team oriented, your organisation skills have proven their efficiency as well as your use of MS Office and accounting software for example BOB.
