Our client, one of the largest private investment banks in the United States, is looking for a Senior Client Service Representative, Custody who will integrate the Client Servicing Team. The candidate acts as a primary contact for custody clients and provides timely and accurate resolution of client inquiries to ensure exceptional levels of client service are met. He reviews daily service and transaction work and actively participates in the execution of client account conversions. The candidate operates with limited supervision to support funds with greater complexity and works on larger accounts and ensures the firm's clients receive accurate and timely data and serves whilst acting as a point of escalation for complex client issues.
The candidate has different responsibilities on this role. First of all he fields and responds to client inquiries and escalated issues and serves as the point person for senior level client contacts. He coordinates and follows up on client meetings and deliverables with a good understanding of our client’s products and services. He is a key point of contact for external clients with regard to daily servicing inquiries and he develops key internal relationships to proactively aid in the resolution of client issues. Moreover the candidate has to comp complete monthly client reporting requirements and assists in maintaining and reporting the client service related metrics.
The candidate participates in team based project work and audits and monitor receipt of all client documentation (tax, KYC, account information, authorized signers, etc.) and he analyzes exposure of missing documentation. Finally the candidate ensures proper escalation and follow through on claims payments and invoice collection.
The ideal candidate have a minimum of 2 to 3 years experiences on a similar role and speaks English and who has a deep level of expertise in Global Custody and financial products to deliver outstanding client service to their clients. The candidate is highly team oriented, committed to operating in the best interests of the company and the team and passionate about what he is doing.
